Belinda Storry,

Belinda is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana-Purdue University, with a double minor in Psychology and Sociology, an Early Childhood Education Certification from Ivy Tech College, IN and her Master’s Degree from Argosy University Atlanta, GA School of Community Counseling.
She aims to create an environment of trust and compassion that is conducive to healing, growth, and empowerment. Belinda is passionate about helping others on their journey to self-awareness and believes once an individual recognizes their strengths and capabilities the sky is the limit. She expresses a deep compassion for those in need of an advocate. Belinda has wide-ranging experience providing in-home community-based therapy to youth and the adult population.
She has worked with a variety of mental health populations that include Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS), children & adolescents in foster care, adults with co-occurring disorders, and families in underserved areas with minimal resources.
She has extensive experience with adolescents, young adults and adults using approaches that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interactive Therapy, and other therapeutic approaches to help clients achieve a sense of relief and satisfaction through life’s difficulties.
